***class Action Lawsuit***

Just another reason why Mazda gets away with it. (eyeballs)
(blah)

Dude, you arent even a victim of this!!! lol, I have to question that maybe this is all one big joke gone terribly wrong, or are you seriously that conceited?! The little guy youre fighting for can fight for himself and doesnt need the authority on frivolous class action suites to take care of them. Talk about pathetic to buy this car (a $20k purchase you failed to research before hand, your own damn fault), come to a Mazda enthusiast site after 2 weeks of ownership, and talk s*** on Mazda. All cars have flaws, so stop whining like a 3 year old on a temper tantrum. Not getting off on the right foot her buddy, you clearly arent setting yourself up for success.

Calm down, breathe, and see if you even experience this problem before you attempt to save us from ourselves. Were not blind lemmings. Were big boys and girls and dont need your wealth of wisdom to show us the light. You havent rallied a crowd here (apparently some that experience this issue arent even behind you). I suggest you wave your white flag with this issue, take on Mazda corporate with your nasty-gram letter, and start off here with a clean slate.

Youre suggestion that we have no integrity because of our steadfast brand loyalty, frankly, is ludicrous and even insulting. Rather, sometimes we would rather just take some self responsibility for maintaining our cars without filing frivolous lawsuits to get a freebie. Bottom line, its not a safety concern unless you allow it to be one by neglecting to inspect your own tires.

are you a mechanical engineer? Have you studied the suspension layout? Are you qulified to make that assumption?

Highly doubtful, and like its been said, your 5 chasis is the same one used on the 3, several Volvos etc, and I dont see them having issues so to me it seems like a driver problem, not mazdas problem...

You think we're defending mazda but we're just actually thinking logically about the problem and not just throwing s*** at a wall hoping it will stick...

Your right this platform is used in other models, But mazda was to lazy to factor other stress factors that might be caused on the platform.....jsut cause they used the same platform does not mean they are going to have the same problems......

Well said.

same chasis, same suspension layout....dont see how that would single the Mazda 5 just to have issues?

you're grabbing at straw here man, and making yourself look ridiculous in the process...

Actually you can......if you hire a lawyer you can protest they didnt maintain there restrooms...resulting in you taking a heavy #$@% and flooding the
restroom.....and you slipping and falling. (hand)

Well, going by this and your post about getting $200 from Honda, you seem to be the sue-happy type.

It kanz be Dumpster tiems now, pleeze?

what other stress factors? ohh you mean the fact that i am sure if you researched into it the shock and spring part numbers dont cross over between the 3 and the 5 because the 5 is heavier duty

Don't forget to include the following in your class action suit, this is a huge safety issue as well.

If you pull the ebrake going 80mph on the highway with your family in the car, you'll likely get into a serious accident.

Mazda should have seen that safety issue and corrected that problem. That's a platform wide issue.

Ok everyone lets not do anything, lets just sit here and read post after post and thread after thread.....about unven/ premature tire wear and find excuses for Mazda, rather Mazda looking for a solution.

Once you've left the dealership its your problem really. That's just the reality of the situation. Go get some better tires/suspension along with an alignment or sell it.

This is a site for Mazda enthusiast to discuss and have conversations about our cars.

If you're just looking for a place to b**** and moan, save everyone the trouble and just go here http://consumerist.com/

Please.

also take into account that the posters on this forum are a very small subset of the people who actually buy the vehicle

The worst case scenario of all this is that you have to buy better longer lasting tires at 36k miles instead of 45k miles.

OMG END OF THE WORLD

i had to replace the tires on my MSP w/ in a year because the rear camber was off and it ate the inside wall of the tires....Mazda should pay for that....not the irresponsible driver that never got an alignment, no no....

did they check your MSP for the 80mph ebrake pull problem?

I'd make them check it. That's a serious issue.
