Siliconeintakes.com rocks. I've been advocating them for years on here, and I think it's finally catching on...

Anyway, I'll be installing my AWR sidemount inserts and replacing a missing exhaust manifold stud that was mysteriously missing, thus (hopefully) curing my exhaust leak...I'm excited. (thumb)

Stupid *%$&*^(@ wheel hop. Damn you!

Picked up my new valve cover from DHL. Now only a couple more things before the new valve cover, cams, cam gears, and light weight pulleys go in!

i have to throw a shout out to the best 2 forum members ever sandspeed and blthlt(sp?). Sander for hooking my up with the ghl downpipe and barry for hooking me up with his old ported head. =)

siliconeintakes does indeed rock. Now if they only sold vacuum line (they might, I haven't found it yet though) there would be no need to shop anywhere else for lines and couplers.

Any ways, today I will finally get around to installing my new brakes, engine mount, and rear sway bar end links. Fricken basement project has owned my life for the past month.

^^ nice work. I know all about being owned by remodeling. I am almost finished redoing the entire kitchen and my deck project is winding down after a year of work.

Thanks for the compliment. In the end it does look decent, but I know where the imperfections are and they will piss me off until I fix them down the road. I can say that it is very satisfying doing the remodeling yourself, especially when the finished product looks decent. My neighbors said "Wow, you replaced your windows yourself, they look great!" I always reply "They were 1000 times easier than doing drywall".

paid for the rest of my ignition s*** today. will proabbly pay for the head & intake mani today too =). i really feel like now that im gettin the head im actually makin some progress on my build.

Same here, I know where all teh bad spots are on every project I did. They bother me even though people have never noticed them. That and I had the gaurd open on my circular and forgot and laid it down on the deck and tore the s*** out of the surface, that you can notice easily enough.
