ugh....we see these all the time in my area. Its so horrible, i dont get the appeal of this at all. Lets make a slow care a hell of a lot slower and why we're at it, why not make it even harder to stop by not upgrading the 20 year old brakes?!!?!?!

We see a lot of these in Athens. Most of them are s*** cars, too. They've spent $6000 on wheels and tires, when what they really needed to do was drop a few hundred bucks on new fenders, trim, bumpers and paint!
