I've read a couple of threads where an individual was less than pleased with a product or service they've received from a vendor and said so politely. The post was edited of the original posters report and a 'infraction warning' (heh?!) was given.
If the post is not inflammatory and simply reports back to the readers that they had a bad experience, why shut them down it? We need those reports to help us chose who we would like to buy from in many cases. It's consumer protection by what business owners either love or hate, word of mouth.
Furthermore, it's also helpful to the vendor by providing feedback of a quality product/service, or that they need some improvement.
You're certainly not doing the community a favor by protecting vendors, let them make the necessary changes to satisfy the customer.
