nah its not the grill its the cf hood i got to wait till it gets hot out to put a towl and a brick so i can get it back to normal. becuase the right side is warped from the stock hood prop
I washed my baby today. Kinda pointless because its supposed to rain tonight, but I love the way my car looks clean. I love black when its clean. I hate when its dirty. I typically wash my car every week when the weather is nice I hate winter. I'm definitely getting stationed somewhere warm after this.
do u get choice of where to be stationed?

finally got my vibrant exhaust should be putting it on this weekend
sweet. I definately recomend the allen head bolts instead of the S pipe bolts.

Yes and no. You have a list you can choose from. It might be 20 places it like be 3. Or none at all. Its all about the needs of the military. So, if I have a choice I'm shooting for warmer climate.

Nah cuz I've never paid attention to 1/8th mile times, so I don't know whats good or not. This dude has a civic with a stock LS. I'm not even tryin to race him nor is he trying to race me but the says he beat a r32 skyline in the 8th mile. This was at the track on 27th in florida.
Now I seen it run I was there, the skyline anyay, and it wasnt impressive at all. I didnt see them race each other though but they both got 10+ 1/8th mile times so what does an Evo and Sti run in the 8th mile?
I also heard that the r32 skyline was the slowest but I mean this guy must suck at drving the skyline to lose to a civic with only a LS. If a STOCK LS was so great then why would people buy b16's, gsr's, and typr R motors... I don't believe he can beat any skyline 1/8th or 1/4 mile with a good driver. I told him straight up that dude must have messed up shifting or something.

Another race I might get into don't worry it won't be on the street (blah).
He's got a Police Interceptor Model 2004 Mustang Cai,Exhaust,Chip. Went for a ride his 3rd gear is long and fast. 1st and 2nd not so impressive but the car moves.
We are gonna do a 2nd gear roll. I got 2nd i'm GONNA JUMP by a car or more, i'M JUST WORRIED ABOUT 3RD GEAR. iT'S GONNA BE CLOSE. (sorry for typing in caps but I'm not writing that all over lol)
If I turn the boost up to 9-10psi I win. I already know that. Also I don't wanna blow the motor een though I probably won't. Tried solid 9psi before by disconnecting the wastegate and thats a whole other beast right there. Car gets MUCH faster and sounds alot meaner on the exhaust note but I hit fuel cut every 2 seconds like that with the line disconnected. Keep in mind turbo is not stock so it's made for a minimum 9-10psi not 5-6-7psi.
So I'm gonna race him with my mods as they are now:
Injen SRI, HiBoost 2.5in DP to stock cat, HiBoost Intercooler kit, GReddy Type S, ATP wga 6-9psi, PNP manifold and pnp S-pipe, Nick stg 1 turbo upgrade pnp intake and exhaust sides gt28r internal turbo swap. Plus weight reductions about 100pds off the car.(No exhaust.. no muffler just downpipe and cat, cf hood, no spare or jack, no subwoofer, amp, or enclosure.
Plus I got a ported thunder mani and apex 3in catless sitting but I'm not putting either on for the race.
He said he ran a 13 flat before, Then yesterday he said 13.2. So which one is it? I'm probably 13.7-8 at this boost level. So we shall see if he really can beat evo's like he says. If I lose o well guess what?....... I'm still at stock boost and stock boost control and tune so no biggie for me.

I know this but it's slow stock. low compression. Only good if you put a turbo on it or some serious vtec and tuning.
i wanna link you guys to a video of my friends 700whp civic hatch but the race took place on the freeway and i'd get an infraction if i post it gah, he raced a ZX 1000, not me, a Hayabusa was the chase bike that couldn't keep up
