wow i havent checked this thread for awhile.. everythings moving along nicely.. looks amazing!!! good job

just waiting here with my money in my pocket for the final word... let me know and ill send it as soon as you are ready :)

again, great job, much appreciated for all your hard work

8 is going to be do-able, no problemo.

12, not so sure yet.

I will be making more than 5 for the first batch now. Somewhere in the 10-20 range, depending on the final interest after testing.

good to hear. is this bc youre no longer going with the original guy/shop?

The main reason is because the cost on these is going to be ridiculous, and in order to get them out there at a reasonable price I will not be able to do the batch of 5 like I hoped. If I did 5, they would have to be closer to 1k. Doing 10-20, I will be able to hit the 600-700 target.

How about talking to Labonte about a fitting to install their methanol injection instead of more injectors? A good fogger nozzle will distribute the methanol evenly and is way better than adding more gas. The methanol mist cools the air and I have seen professional drag cars running huge power with no intercooler using this system + you can "ice" the methanol before you go to the track and get an even better result!

The Horsepower Freaks BMW M3 Methanol kit allows them to attain almost the same power on pump gas as they get with race fuel for a fraction of the cost.

Shoot me a PM or give us a call. We can discuss some things. (iagree)

Thanks for the suggestion, Steed. 1/8 NPT is the size of our threaded nozzle.

I am no expert but can my car be legal with methanol (CEL come on etc)?

No CEL. All it does is cool intake temps, increase octane rating, richen your AFR by about a half point (that's why it's essential to tune it). Out of all the cars we've put our systems on, I haven't seen one CEL thrown because of it.

Perfect! Thank you...

this would be a good idea. I havnt put my kit in yet and insted of putting the injector on the i.c pipe this woud be better

i talked to my welder earlier tonight about those exploding magnus mani's, and anyone who plans to run 40 + psi with nitrous needs to talk to me before ordering. He has some plans, but I am not going to put them into every manifold.

LOL, you don't see this posted everyday on the Mazda Forums...

Ok I have everything ready to go for welding. Kelly is going to get the other floor plate cranked out tomorrow or Thursday hopefully.

Problem though... I had some unexpected bills come up, and I am broke as a joke right now. I REALLY NEED someone to buy the intercooler pipes that I am selling, so please please help me get the word out. I had 2 people bail on me at the last second, and I am kinda bummed about it.

I can not get this manifold welded and finished until that stuff sells, money is just too tight at the moment.

Help me out fellas, this IC pipe setup is sick, and I am letting it go cheap.

it says sold still, you should update that. What size core mounts up to those. I am waiting for the turbolife fmic at the moment.

Nah, the MAM pipes sold in the first post and are already delivered to the buyer... the ones I am selling are the aluminum ones.

Oh, and the core size needed for the aluminum set is roughly 24" wide with 3" to 3.5" endtanks, thickness and height are variable.
