Just installed my TRZ Dogbone Poly!!

I'm happy with the SU mount, it is 62A. Vibration is minimal and you still get great performance.

AutuXRacer - That's what I think I'm going with. There are some local MS3's with this set up so I'm going to hopefully check it out, so I can see/feel it before I buy it. I'm also thinking MS Springs and Camber kit...

Sacrilicous - Thanks for the feedback, if I end up not liking my TRZ, I'm definitely going to get the CS inserts. That stock mount is a POS, just have to find a place to ship to me in Ontario, shouldn't be much of a problem.

DusterAZ - I thought about the SU MM but seeing the TRZ you can just tell that the overall design is well thought out and is what makes the difference. CS MM inserts if I can't deal with this, I'm starting to get use to it already haha.

np...the stock mount is definitely complete garbage! (bang) i, personally, am a fan of the cobb springs + sway bars...:D at the point, i feel like you've already put in a power mod, and a handling mod would round things out better!

EDIT: oh, and the cobb stage 2 (springs + sways) is about $590, so it's a good deal! ;o

Good point, I was just gonna go MS for the warranty factor but I guess that goes to s*** with the MM haha, even though I can swap it. The dealer is cool with mods tho. I really like the Cobb Stage II as well but from all the reading on here, the stock suspension inc. sway bars is actually quite good. So I'm just not sure what to do, exactly. I like the idea of a slightly lower ride and the slight improvement in the wheel hop department. Mods are so addicting, I relate them to tattoos, you get one you have to get more. Thanks for all the help guys.

Well I've had the TRZ POLY in for a bit now, approx. 150km. Vibes are easy ignorable now, even one could say improved? Considering the average temperature here is below freezing, I imagine the vibes will improve once the weather warms up. I installed TWM shifter base bushings two days ago and the combination of the TRZ MM and the bushings is nice. Shifting is 100% better - the performance gains from the MM as well as the bushings are well worth it and beleive every MS3 owner should consider if not buy immediately. Now for my next mod...hmm...?

Any suggestions? - looking to keep the price down untill my debt is paid off then will come TBE, TMIC etc.

depends what you want out of the car. Personally I would go with some suspension upgrades. Sways and springs, or sways and coilovers depending on budget.

TBE or TMIC I would vote!!!! (2thumbs)

LOL What part of "looking to keep the price down" did you miss?

You can do a turbo back exhaust in stages. From what I have been seeing, the single biggest improvement in the exhaust is getting rid of that restrictive downpipe and letting that turbo have some room for exhaust gasses to expand into. I'd go with that for now and see how it feels.

Did the mounts improve for you or "break in" I have a set coming since I'm going from the inserts to the poly mount. I still think there is too much play in the drivetrain.

There is definitely some break-in. Not much though, but it will soften up slightly. Won't be as rough as when you first install it.

I love mine!!!! The performance benefits totally out-weigh the vibes.

Let me know how the insert works out!!

yes please i'd like a compromise on my speed too. I replaced every mount and bushing on my neon r/t and with an agressive cam the vibration started to loosen other fasteners, but performance[firmness] was what i wanted in that and stuck with it
