And you are???Not to sound like a dick...there are plenty of ppl with ms3 running mbc for a while and havnt had a problem yet. also alot of gti's have been running ebc and mbc for a while now and we practicly share the same turbo..so i ask again who are you to make such a statement....Shoot i know plenty of SRT4's, STI's, and EVos personaly that have been running mbc on thier cars for years and have yet to see any problems..yes and ems would be great but the one i want is not out yet so the ebc will keep me happy till the cobb ap comes out..this isnt my solution for the remainder of the time i have my car just a for now solution..To the original OP Hows the car running havnt heard from you in a while....
I use to own a srt4 also numerous turbo Japanese cars and im not talking out my ass, its a very important tip for longevity purposes. you put what ever car you just named and monitor it with a lambda or some other wideband and you'll see what im talking about. You obviously make decisions based on what other people are doing which can be a good and a bad thing but also ask those srt-4, vw or whatever car buddies of yours if they have tuned their cars with an afc or someother utility to control fuel but most popular are the mopar stages because they run rich. i kno for a fact that stock turbo srt4's running a boost controller are either using an afc or emanage because again....fact: the plugs in the car get fowled often if not tuned and if not tuned the car starts breaking up at lower rpms after the srt's PCM sees detonation in the combustion chamber. In advance if you ask yourself what detonation is...here: http://www.misterfixit.com/deton.htm
im not being a dick just trying to help educate
