(attn) clutch issues.

i go to jeff hass on 10 and beltway 8. I find them to be honest, meaning if they can fix it under warrenty they will, if they cant they will let you know. Good luck with who ever you go to.

well then i'll be seeing those guys pretty soon. thanks for the advice man. maybe even tomorrow if i have enough time after work. thanks again.

it did it on mine but the smell went away after a few days..

well my problem was i continued to go through the gears instead of stopping and letting the clutch cool so i think the smell burned in on it more. it was a dumb move but it was my first time at the track and the nerves got to me and having trouble my first run just sucked.

just kidding around i'm sure your car is fine you probably just knocked the clutch out of allingment or something. I don't see how doing that one thing could ruin your clutch
YOu sir are an idiot and shoud refrain from gving any technical info what so ever...For the rest of your life.

"Knocked the clutch out of alignment"....Thats some of the funniest sh*T I have ever heard.

Just stop giving advice..If you want to type...Fine...Type and talk all you want...But dont post things that are just absolutely wrong because you dont know any better.

yeah your probably right, but the only thing i care is that it fixed w/e was wrong. (alright)
oh and i live nw. 290 and 6.

Ok hydro clutches have no adjustments to make. The pedal may have a free play but that will not help. If the free play is to tight the clutch will be slipping. The clutch can not be knocked out of alignment. It just doesn't happen plain as that. You can overheat the pressure plate and warp springs which will cause the clutch to drag or not release fully. The dealer may have reprogrammed your ecu but they did not tune it. The ecu reprograms have all been covered under recalls and tsbs.

i used to live there at limestone ranch apts by the harley dealer, then moved to bridgstone place apts at jones and west for a while and now im more north

OK man u just need to let me drive your car so we can figure out whats going on, i highly doubt your clutch is messed up. could be a few other things making the car act stupid. ive even heard of people hitting boostcut alot with just the MS CAI like u have. you could be sputtering or bouncing around cause of boost cut. Just keep in mind that if it was your clutch it would do it all the time, not somtimes. give me call as soon as it dries up in this b****!
