Update on the PS pulleys. Those will be going to the anodizer tomorrow. So I expect those back mid to late next week.
The next part to come out is going to be the Light weight crank pulley. The engineer want's the crank pulley to be designed like they are intend to be used. So the crank pulley will have a urethane section to absord the harmonics. He blew me out of the water today with 45 minutes of what a harmonic balancer does, how it saves your main bearings and so much more. He said there is only one way to build a light weight crank pulley and he will not design or engineer it any other way. So, it will take about a week longer on the crank pulley. I saw some pre-sketches and I'm pumped.

Also, the paypal is open in case people have been waiting on the offical word. The first page is updated with the amount remaining.

that is absolutly awesome i am glad to hear the engineer has a great brain in his head. Now just have to save up some money to get a crank pulley.

He has a PHD in engineering and is just small as hell. The stuff he designs is crazy.

I figured as much but just felt the need to be a smart ass. Keep up the great work Brach.

ok here is the W/P installed on my motor.

Ok guys, got the last WP pulleys out today. It takes so long at USPS to ship them. So I need to figure out something else to get them out quicker. It has taken me 3 lunch breaks (3 days) to get 50 pulleys out. Since I work from 9am to 6 or 7 pm I only have lunch breaks to get them out.

Can I ask why it takes so long and why you need to be there? Seems like a simple thing to do (minus the customs thing). Just for my own understanding...

They have electronic tellers here ... that's where I ship my stuff out when using USPS.
Looks like a big ATM w/a scale ... prints all of the labels out for you. (insurance, stamps, tracking, etc)

Haven't done out of country on them, though ... maybe they've got a post office by you w/one of those?
Even if you can't do Canadian orders, it'll speed up US orders.
It allows you to 'repeat' after the first one, and just change the address.

Last time I was there ... I was in & out in 2 minutes, and there were over 20 people in line.
