Ok i ahve noticed the first wierd thing since upping my boost. I have topped out every gear but 6th. And when flooring the car from the begining every gear but 1st holds 18psi which is fine and dandy, the 5-6 shift at 5800 holds 18psi in 6th. Now here is the strange part, if im going 60 in 6th and floor it it will shoot up to 22-23psi and hold it there, its not a spike, it actually holds it there. Anybody know as to why? Its not really bothering me as i never drive liek that, but its just something wierd that i noticed. how can the boost pressure change without me actually turning the knob. Like i said, while flooring it through the gears it holds 18, while starting at a low rpm in a high gear it holds 22-23

i'm guessing it could be because 6th gear will give you more of a "full open" throttle than the other gears. i really dont know though. try to roll on the throttle slowly in 6th.....see if that helps or not.

if i roll on the same thing happens. like i said it really doenst both me cause i dont drive the car like that, just reporting what i see so far. Beside that there is zero problem int he past 200 miles, no lights, no wierd driving. however i did get my ASS HANDED TO ME LAST NIGHT lol

Almost made me think my car was broken, but i know its not lol cause it still pulls strong
Rsx type s
supercharged 3.15 pulley hitting 10psi
intake/raceheader/exhaust/kpro/tuned shooting fire btwn shifts. omg i got owned

that rsxs went to the track and ran a 13.4 @ 108 bogging, he only got one run ever. i told him he is driving an rsx that is hitting 110 plus through the traps, cause i really got walked

You are experiencing compressor surge under high load (flooring the car in 6th gear is a high engine load). You may want to check some wideband O2 readings to make sure you aren't going too lean under these conditions. Essentially you are maxing out the volumetric efficiency of the turbo.
That RSX has a 108 mph trap speed. That is easily over 300 whp. From a roll, no way your MS3 will hang. Plus the RSX is lighter. From a stop, it would be a closer match. Depends on traction at launch and driver.
Also you might want to lose the hollowed out cat. That empty cat chamber is bad for exhaust flow. It slows exhaust velocity down and is not a substitute for a true test pipe.
