Thanx to SAM of Crossover Auto for the awesome service, advices and pricing for the JIC muffler and Proteg Garage for the superb quality midpipe.

SPECS:

- AWR SCCA World Challenge header (I have it since 2004)

- Apex Motorsports CEL Eliminator (for running cat-less, have it since 2004)

- Proteg Garage 2.5" stainless-steel midpipe with flexpipe and no cat.

- HP Autosports custom 2.5", mandrel-bent, full stainless-steel construction cat-back complete with stainless hangers and flanges

- HP Autosports custom exhaust brackets

- Kartboy urethane exhaust hangers

- JIC Spartan DE Type 1 Titanium canister, 2.5"

So enjoy (and if you don't, shut the f*ck off)!

Old setup, Corksport Power Series header-back (2.4", stainless-steel, mandrel-bent, small resonator, no cat., OEM-style piping route):

Current motor picture, and I will stay N/A... Too much turbo'ed Proteg around! Don't worry, serious pwer adders next year, all custom! And my new addition, a little bling: GENUINE Mazdaspeed oil cap! Stock one looks so bad...

Looks clean. They did a good job. Just watch out that one bend looks like its the new low spot on the car.

I'm glad I'm not the only one going N/A ;). I'm spending too much on the race car to do a crazy build up, but you know lol. That piping's nice. What size is the tubing?

What more are you doing to it engine wise?

I've good a set of custom cams here (aka Twiggy cams, those of MZ_ZOOM) and a spare head... See what I wanna do lol?

I am thinking of a very crazy buildup wih a complete SpeedCircuit Stage II head and my custom cams, SpeedCircuit 9.1:1 (why the stock CR on an N/A built? read on) built block, all of which assembled by SpeedCircuit of course, and a hint of my craziness:

SpeedCircuit ported 8 injectors 626 intake manifold with 4 440's and another type of injectors for the 4 others... The type that spit juice of a blue bottle... And of course a Microtech LT10 for controlling all this.

Maybe 180hp at the motor N/A and 280 on the go-juice, don't you think?

Well you know my opinion on this type of set up BUT it looks really nice, the shop did a great job! That muffler points to the sky man....I really hope the cops don't give you any trouble. And how loud is it?

Jaysanooch: It's a little bit louder dans the Corksport... And no cops ever given me trouble with the really big-tipped and shiny Corksport, so I hope that even if this one is obviously aftermarket, it's not as shiny, so maybe they leave me alone, as always lol!
 
That is an awesome setup, I like the angle!
I'll bet the JIC Titanium canister sounds beautiful, can't skimp on a mufflers, you've created a high quality tasteful exhaust. Mad props for doing an allmotor build, should be a beast on the juice!

really nice Job and set-up. I wanted the AWR header but didn't have money that time. Now that i have i decided to go turbo and settled for an OBX for now lol... I always loved that header. By 2.5 for the canister you mean the outlet and inlet? I know the inlet is 2.5 but want to know about the outlet...

Your car looks so good.

One criticism, though. That "I <3 JDM" sticker is kinda cheesy...
