What have you done to your P5 today?

well after 3-1/2yr wait, i finally put in my 1sty grounding kit today. changed my spark plugs to the ZFR6F-11, i did notice a difference with how the car idle.

Noticed lately that there is a clicking noise come from the left front. Looks like the halfshaft is going. Anyone ever replace one? Looked at the shop manual and looks like you need to pry it out of the differential?

I am going to the quarter mile track Thursday night. Anyone wanna take shots and guesses as to what times I will be putting down. List of mods are in the signature.

i think i am about to order some tein s techs......

and possibly some tokico hps if i can get them both for a good price. anyone got any advice before i follow through?

Loved my Tein S-Techs on the P5. Awesome choice.

It may be the wheel bearing. Have you tried the wiggle test? Jack up that corner, place hands on top / bottom of wheel and push / pull to see if you get any play.

Not the P5, but the MPV. Last night I installed the budget MPV lowering kit, AKA 20 Cubic Feet of mulch! It looks pretty good with the reduced wheel gap in the rear, I just wish I'd gotten my hands on the set of lowering springs I had my eye on! Today, I'll be putting the mulch in my side yard.

hahaha....I installed the same budget lowering kit a couple of weeks ago into my MPV. Wifey is still asking me to remove the mulch, but I like the reduced wheel gap too much....now if I can only find a way to put some mulch up front to complete the look......(ricer)

I want to enter the MPV in the ROTM contest sometime, but I need to get it washed and then load it full of the 7 heaviest GACC members to get the lowered look for the pictures! I think I'd deserve bonus points for including most of the club in the pictures! (first)
