whats the best wax to use on my black mica ms3? i cant seem to find one that does a good job. thanks!

The most expensive wax is about 7000.00 dollars but the best thing to do is to go to www.autopia.org or www.autogreek.net for great information on how to get the best possible shine and wetness for your ride.

If you want to use Carnuba, best looking stuff on black is definately the Souverine.

Theres alot of new stuff out there that looks great on black thats carnuba based.

Or, you can go with Zaino. Whichever direction you choose, be sure to clay it and buff it with some mild polish before waxing it.

Zaino, no question (http://www.zainostore.com). Start with a little Zaino Fusion to fill in your swirls, then move on to 3 coats of ZFX, spray a bit of Z6 spray and it's all over. Ridiculously slick and shiny, especially on black. Plus you won't have to do it again for months, unless you want to.

If you're not looking to spend a fortune, I highly recommend the wax in the picture....I put it on my MS6 and Ford Sport Trac and got beautiful results

Yeah the clay is killer but it's a LOT of effort. It's a good idea for new paint though, to get all the rail dust off and make the point smooth and perfect. By the time you're done, the car ends up looking ridiculous. I have yet to attempt it but my cousin's G35 coupe looked nuts after a day of clay. Cheapest way to run the zaino is just ZFX and Z2. I'd highly recommend the clay and Fusion but it all depends on what you wanna spend.

Clay + Zaino is the only way to go. Only drawback is you have to pretty much set aside an afternoon for it.

+1 for Zaino! Can't go wrong! First thing I did to the car was to clay bar it and throw a couple of coats of wax on it. Besides you can put their stuff on all the moldings, windows, etc without having to worry about stains.

Doesnt last long whatsover.. Cant beat Zaino in shine or protection.. I used CWW for 3 years until my 1 gallon container was gone. Nice stuff on black, but needs constant up keep. If you like the look of CCW but with the durability of Zaino, look into Blackfire.
