You can buy them at the dealer now. You no longer have to buy the complete turbo to get it.

By any chance do you know the part number...the part guy still think I need the whole turbo.

If he calls Mazda parts line they will give it to him. I have it at work, so if he can't come up with it I will get it to you monday.
