I got mine from the dealer - I won't say how much...

I did get a great deal on the manual for my 2001 Protege, and my 1990 Civic SiR on ebay - guys scan them on to CD/DVD and sell them for $5-10 + nearly free shipping. Low risk since you are under $20 shipped.
