Where to get the best boost controller?

Well the title of the thread says it all, really want to get one for my car, what is the best one to get? How about Joe P's? Thanks for any help!

Well its actually pretty legitimate. Are you looking to just adjust your boost under the hood? Then go with a JoeP MBC. If you want to adjust it from the driver seat go with a Greddy or HKS. Then you have all the additional stuff they add to the EBC like the E-01. It depends on what you want to accomplish. Hope that helps!

Would the MBC be easier to take off if I had to take the car in to get warranty work done? My service manager is kinda a dick so I'm sure he would say no way to the warranty if he saw a boost controller, if he even knows what one looks like.

He cant tell you no way. It's illegal, thank god I've got a good attorney, the run in with the GirlScouts last year made me keep him around ......

The MBC is much easier to take off and return to stock than an EBC. It depends on your budget and if you like the creature comforts of a push button setup or if you don't care as long as it adjusts boost ..

Just for the non-believers (especially those of you who think that one controller will "boost drop" mor than others , here is an email I just got this morning from a new customer of mine-

"I couldn't go without writing you how good this thing is. I am simply amazed. How can a boost controller spool a turbo up THIS fast without ANY overshoot? I really can't believe how well this thing works. Joe, you must have made a deal with the devil or something to devise the PERFECT boost controller. The max difference I've seen is 2 psi with weather change, and it went down instead of up, so I never have to adjust the thing. It really is steady and quick spooling. I've tried other mbcs, I've tried electronic boost controllers, and you know what I've found? NONE OF THEM work as well as a Joe P mbc. It's completely dumbfounding. Adjusting it is so easy too, I just love everything about this boost controller. Very well designed. I can't believe I paid a total of less than 50 bucks for the best boost controller I've ever laid my hands on. Thank you Joe!!"
