Where to get a JoeP FPR? (possible WTB Tread)

So, I got my car flash because I was having the wonderful hesitation (running rich) issue and crap idle. After the flash, I still have the same issue. So, I wanna find/buy JoeP's FPR to see if that helps. To be honest, I don't have $1K to drop on a fuel/air management system. I figured I'd try the FPR to see if that helps. Anyone know where I can get one or maybe have one they wanna sell? I found JoeP's site, but it looks like it only has the boost controllers now. Any help or other suggestions for the hesitation/idle issue would be great too.

Note: I also recently replaced the NGK plugs that were in the car cause they were burnt up. This too, didn't help the issue either.

I tried to make my own Fuel Pressure reducer, it didn't work. I wouldn't recommend using one, find a Split Second Air Fuel Controller, they are about $250-350 on the forums and about $400 brand new from Protege Garage. Easy to install and set up and the car will run like it should. Any CELs? Bad idle could be dirty EGR, dirty MAF, dirty IAC, bad or failing primary O2, failing coils etc.

An FPR won't fix the hesitation. It is the nature of the stock PCM.

I explained it pretty thoroughly early last year when I was tuning my FIC.

Really the only way to fix it is some sort of engine management, but there are limitations with any piggyback. I am currently working on a Megasquirt, and I hope to be able to make the build and installation of one for a Protege much more accessible to other MSP owners, while keeping gauges, stock alt, A/C and passing emissions. None of the instructions out there currently are really complete or current.

Unfortunately, even if I could eliminate all the stuff an MSP doesn't need from the kit, you are probably going to end up around $600 because the patch harness is $215 by itself. It took me so long to start on my MS install because I was reluctant to cut up $215.
