Are the Mazdaspeed Racing Harts a direct bolt on to a protege5? Do they rub?

Yes they are a direct bolt on and will not rub at stock ride height.

If they have 215/45/17 tires they may rub in the rear of the p5. It depends on the brand. Despite being the same size on paper, they vary in size in reality.

Mind you IF they rub it will be over large bumps/with people in the back.

Rolling fenders is easy if you need the room.
