I know we run D-stock stock. What street prepared class will the MSP be bumped up to?

Thanks,

Considering that the MP3 goes into FSP, I would expect the MSP in DSP. As for it being an overdog, I HIGHLY doubt it: You CAN'T touch the boost in SP, so the easiest way to step up the power is lost. Add to that the fact that EVERYONE in DSP will have a good LSD, and most of the other advantages of the MSP just seem to disappear...

my bad. i have a pretty dim view of DSP cars... the ones running last weekend in houston were v6 solaras, vr6 jettas... and i was spanking their times w/ me in Street Touring.... i know boost is a no-no, that's a straight to SM modification, then you get to run with the BIG DOGS

i guess the competition is tighter in other regions... my bad...

haha I run my friends camry in the H-class..we DTM'd an 88 camry with a 3SGT motor..lots of fun..for an auto camry..im hoping to get my protege on the track..

Here in Norcal, we have a guy named Ben Martinez running a 74 Capri in DSP. He is INCREDIBLY fast!! Thtat car is usually in the top 10-15 overall, and PAX in the top 5...

We also have one of the top female drivers in the country: Teresa Neidel-McKee running a DSP IS300 with the car owner Derek Butts. Both drivers have multiple national event wins this year, and are favorites for the National Championships in Sep...

I can see where your bias about DSP might come from, but it's NOT the same everywhere...

As counter example, Norcal is really WEAK in the Prepared and Modified classes, so I probably have a lot less respect for those classes than people in parts of the country with higher caliber drivers in those classes locally...
