What is this part?!?!

Anyone got a name or even better a part number? It's in the tranny, attached to the shaft with the 2 forks on it. Those of you who have taken your tranny apart know. I need to order myself a new one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks to TurfBurn for the pic.
