Ok people, here is some info for you all.
First, the machine used to recalibrate the PCM's is called a WDS machine.
The dealers should have received a new envelope, with a wds calibration program, called wds b27. once the machine has this new calibartion. they can update to the wds b27.4, which contains the "QOAP4C0" file for the MSP. This patch is available to them over the ESI WDS website. (only accessable by Service Managers, and hackers.)
This takes a total f about 6 hours to get programmed into the WDs unit. This is usually done overnite.
Many dealers got this stuff over the past 2 days, hence the reason some have the flash done already, and why some are being told saturday, or monday. I personally was told monday by my dealers locally, and have no issues with that.
There is more to it then that, but if your not an odbII WDS or a hardcore tuner/engineer, its all garble.
