What cold air-intake system should I consider for my '02 mp5

Im looking around for a cold air-intake system and I came around this website. Im stuck on deciding what brand; AEM, Injen or K&N. Can you guys be kind enough to help me out with so info. on those brands and also kind enough to throw some other websites that I can look at?
