WGA replacement Few vital questions need answered!

ok so the other night i dug into the car a little bit making sure i have all the correct items to replace my failed oem WGA...

ok so can somebody please tell me all the sizes of the vacuum lines?
do i need to replace the 90* rubber connectors? if so where could i get them? and do i need the metal clips?
last but not least the turbo-to-intercooler pipe wouldnt come off even with a good pull (any tips? i dont want to break it since this is my dd)

Lastly is it ok to use PZFR6F-11 spark plugs to replace the originals? my MSP only has 71k and runs fine but i like being proactive on all maitinence.

PZFR6F-11 will work but no use on using them, you could get the copper plugs for much less.

and any tips on pulling the charge pipe without breaking it?

The vacuum line sizes are 3/16"
