You need to dynamat your doors, especially if you are amping the speakers. Heck I noticed a little bit of vibration with the stock speakers at high volume levels.
Not much at all. Our doors are so flimsy, like I said I heard audible vibration from certian frequencies from my STOCK radio and STOCK speakers. When you upgrade your speakers and amp them they'll be outputting alot more sound and midrange bass. Therefore the vibration will get noticably worse.
