USA Today article..

the guy that writes reviews is 50 basically. end of story. who cares about reviews guys? a bad review A) keeps newbs away B) doesnt really matter since you liked the car when you bought it C) useless because the guy writing it doesnt really know much.

Is that what the pillar pod or whatever of gauges looks like? That's friggin SCHWEET.

and thats what happens when you let a dumbass writer from USA-Today drive a car..what a worthless bastard..Razor call a fire mission that dudes house..

what the hell is so difficult on that stereo? im with the msp owners on that one (thumb)

well if he's a good writer... meaning this is probably a bad car review he had to do, but if he is used to writing big stories, then he probably makes a considerable amount of money, being this said he probably drives a car worth way more than a msp... being all this said, our msp probably does look cheap to him... lol.. but all this is based on bulls*** so dont listen to me.

i got the MSP because i liked the way it looked and drove. this guy needs to stick to reviewing CROWN VICS AND BUICKS. i'm in my 30s, and i luv import cars !!!

another reason i got the car was that i didn't want to see one driving down the street every 5 mins. i live in nc, and i've only seen 2 or 3 other MSPs. i luv the stereo, and play it as LOUD as i can every chance i get.

he doesn't get it .........but he shouldn't........

Why is this idiot writing this review? Could it be more age biased?

WTF is he comparing the MSP to the EVO and STi? Might as well compare it to an S4 or M3.

Sure, compare it to the SRT-4, but saying that you wish the MSP came "without all the "look-at-me" furbelows and has all-wheel drive" - I mean, WTF kind of review is that? Didn't he see the black or Titanium Speeds? AWD?? WTF, why don't you just wish it had a V6 and better materials while you're at it. Geez, that's just dumb.

I can't believe he has been doing bad car reviews since 1988

"Though perhaps not best at anything"
and all he had to say about the handling was
"It's elegant through the twisty sections and delivers a palatable blend of control and comfort"

This guy does not realize how well this car handles compared to the rest. But really, should I expect that? NO

I think we all need to "nicely" tell his guy why we all love our Proteges.. :D

Lets all hear it for the moronic jackass USA Today writer!! yeah! what a loser. #1 To be fair and un-bias on reviews on cars should be writen by car ppl, not news ppl.. He should just go back to writing about Iraq and crap... All I have to say is that i love my car, and love the reviews i've read, until this one.. he probably wrote this and hasn't even seen the damn car.. who cares... I like it and that's all that matters!!

I agree wit dat & I'll do just that. Besides, what do we care what some guy thinks of our cars? We bought them with good intent and for all the characteristics that cars $10K+ would cost more to get. You can't beat the package/price of these cars AND what you get when you take it on the twisties/turns. Plus, they made so few that folks always comment how they like my EVO or STI (silly morons). I take all reviews with a grain of salt - since everyone has differing opinions. I'm the one who cares the most. IMHO.
