What, how do you know it's bad? it's ok for the exhaust housing to get some rust, that's normal. The important parts (the bearings) are all inside. Have you tried to spin the turbo? I read your looking for a turbo in the MSP section but why waste money if you got a good one? Be sure it's damaged before you spend money and if your going to replace it just upgrade it. MPNick turbo upgrade would be nice, It has to be machined anyways might as well do that.
