Thinking about Used Mazda5 GT had $4000 damage

For the '08 model Mazda reduced the camber. I won't say that the problem is completely solved because I distrust any camber on a rear tire - but it is less. Just be sure to rotate the tires religiously.

I think my 07 is ok on the rear camber, nouneven wear on my toyos, then again I have winters. I usually change my own tires and do the rotation myself.

i'm now here at Agincourt Mazda to fix a water leak at the RR portion of the car (rain leaking inside) just notice foul moldy odor after rain and notice water dripping inside the small covered compartment in the right rear near the light switch. Anybody have experienced this before?

Every 8,000km (about 5,000 miles) is what I've seen as being "good" for tire rotations for this vehicle.

If you've already put on aftermarket tires, check the place where you had the work done, they may offer free tire rotations. Else, it isn't a hard do-it-yourself job, just a little tedious without a good jack or of course a hydraulic lift.

Is 8,000km really the recommended oil change interval? I'm at about 4,500km or 5,000km right now (bought the car new in February). I'm still debating on whether to go synthetic or not (Mobil1) - I have noticed that this engine does run at higher RPMs than I'm used to in a 4 cylinder vehicle. At least I've gotton right at 48 to 49 km per gallon on the interstate on two trips of 600km
(30 mpg on two different trips of about 375 miles).

Threads like this would be a lot easier if the US would just join the rest of the world and convert to metric. In Canada, is gasoline sold by the US gallon, or by the liter? Do you look at mileage in km per gallon, or km per liter?

We buy the gas by liters, and we look the mileage in km per liters *Like everyone in the world* hahaha

yeah 8000km or 4 months whichever comes first. I'd prefer going synthetic after the warranty. My dealer told me its still 8,000km even if I use synthetic oil no point spending the extra 50+ bucks every 4 months, I only put ~5,000km /4 months anyway. i still go every 4 months just so there's no argument regarding warranty.

Actually Canadians use L/100km (the number of litres it takes to go 100km), as you can see in my EcoModder thing below. Japan and Europe uses km/L The older Canadians who were around before we went metric will use MPG... but that's an Imperial Gallon! 1 Imperial Gallon = roughly 1.2 US gallon = 4.5 Litres. When I'm in the US though, miles, MPH, US gallons, and MPG become natural to me.
