Talk me out of it!?

Keep the MSP and if you feel the need for speed save your pennies and by a 370Z, man I love those cars. The MSP will always have a place in my heart though. MSP for life, thick or thin.

Hell yes! MSPs are like women, they a pain in the ass sometimes but in the end you love them to death.

i dont know what i was thinking! you alll are right.. Msp for life thats the reason i bought my baby, everyones gotta be reminded at how rare these cars are... represent!

just get some nice suspension setups, and take the car a look over top to bottom, anything thats from a p5 or reg protege get aftermarket! all the more reason to mod!!

idfk what your talking about, but they are sweeeet from what i hear, i wanna get a set of BCs and set them real tight. =]

About the reliability of the motor in the MSP. Around me I can find a FS-DE for under 500 bucks with under 100k miles. If I ever have a blown motor it will not cost much to get the car back on the road. I'm betting that the MS3 motor costs substantially more than a replacement motor for the MSP.

I like the look of the ms3 and it is for sure a fun car to drive. Testdrove one for s**** and giggles but stuck with the msp. Definitely felt heavier.
The whole reason i traded my p5 was to have somehing unique. Everyone and Their dog has an ms3 in its....4 production years. So much for limited production ha.

Maybe im lucky but i havent had a single problem with the msp and its all stock aside from the stage 2 clutch i put in and awr mounts. Its not like i drive like grandma. Just not like an idiot launching it everywhere.

yeah i never really launch the car.. but i must say i do love getting into boost with it..

i really haven't had any problems with it either.!

I have heard that running coilovers makes the ride a lot stiffer and you can feel every bump in the road

yeah, i had BCs on my MSP and they are stiff as hell even on the "softest" setting. bumps and rattles are amplified but the handling is excellent.

uhhhh somewhat. my friends bccoils are terrible for a street car. if the car is gonna be tracked a lot awesome, but if your driving to and from work every day with coilovers, swaybars, low profile tires... **** no lol.

I wouldnt want it much stiffer than the stock msp ride comfort for a DD. im running 40's with stock suspension and you feel everything. cant wait for illuminas and tien combo =)

yeah then i guess coilovers is outta the question...

i was thinking illumanis and teins.. that would probably be amazing...

does anyone on the fourm have that setup? pics please
