Strangest motorcycle I've ever seen...

Was on my way to Ocala for Easter Sunday w/ my wifes family when all of a sudden I spot this thing going down I-75. So of course I had to take some pics....

I've seen one before. There was a guy in El Paso, Tx that I'd see cruising around every now and then. His was red ... must be some sort of kit.
