Stock intake mod

Is there a how to on the stock intake mod where you remove the resonator/air box??

just did it !

looks a bit sketch bcause when you remove the resonator the intake basically floats. so I needed to support it by using zip ties to attach it to the engine bay.

this mod rocks, it doesnt cost a cent unless u need to buy zip ties.

it made the engine louder, and you can hear the stock BPV better...

ummmm.....o wow.....


i think he just means removing the air silencer....there are 3 bolts holding the thing in....it's a pain but it can be done, you just have to get in there.
