Yellow MSP with tinted windows spotted in Harvey, IL on southbound Wood Street near Ingall's Memorial Hospital (just north of 159th Street) at around 6:15 PM on Wednesday, August 27th, 2003.
I caught a glimpse at the last second; if there wasn't that much traffic, I would have (tried ) to chase 'em down. I was driving northbound.
Anyone?
