Split water line

On the way to work this morning, a cloud of white smoke came bellowing from my engine.

The water line on the top side of the turbo, which has givven me issues in the past rotted out again and leaked antifreeze. I luckily was installing today so I had alot of tool with me. I cut off the cracked and fraid part and reattached the line. As i was doing this i saw the line continue to split. I had to cut off about 4" on the water line to get it to stop splitting.

With all the extra stuff I bought I don't know if this line is one that came with the kit or not but it doesn't seem able to handle the turbos heat.

Is there any kind of good heat resistant hose that I can get to replace all my hoses with. Any that offer colors would be cool to dress up the engine some.

HOw do you connect a stainless steal line to the turbo via the brass npt or do I have to replace that and the stock connection in which a brass strait npt was used to slice into the water line.

Is there any other way, hose type?

This accually happened to me. I ended up getting a fuel line to replace the line that came with the kit, and I wrapped it in the thermal wrap...I wrapped every line coming away from the turbo with thermal wrap.

Is there a type of thermal wrap that sticks to the line on its own like a tape or do you always have to find a way to secure it.

Not sure, but I secured mine with safety wire from Home Depot.
