Spitting oil

I have an 03 msp it's started spitting oil out of the exhaust and I've noticed the turbo is making a different higher pitched noise when it's spooling up. Would this mean my turbo is bad or going bad I'm running stock boost and I have a boost gauge which isn't showing any loss in pressure. Any help would be much appreciated

Make sure you have enough oil in the engine. A boost gauge will not show a drop in oil pressure, it's only good for finding boost or vac leaks. If the 'oil' out of the exhaust is black spots on the back of the car that isn't actually oil it is just condensation that forms in your exhaust after you shut the engine off that blows out under throttle.

Okay well I noticed it when I had it in the garage an when I started it I noticed black spots that look and feel just like oil on the ground behind my car in a spray pattern as if it shot out the exhaust. My oil is at normal level and it has never used oil in the past. Could that be condensation?

best way to tell if the turbo is going bad is to pull the intake and hot pipe off and check for oil there. also, make sure your oil level is fine in the motor, rings or leaking valve seals would cause the car to burn oil, but there would normally be smoke as well.

^What he said, pull off the intake and intercooler pipe and check for oil inside of there too. Feel for shaft play while you have the intake off as well. If it's pretty loose and there's oil all over the place, your seals are blown and your best bet is a replacement turbo.
