UPDATE #2
Due to problems with production (namely not being able to dome these consistently) I have stopped making them. Everyone who has send payment will be getting 100% of their money back. I currently do not have time to devote to de-bugging this product. And for that I sincerely apologize. This version of the product my not be sold, but I still plan on developing this or a similar product.

Thanks for your patience, you guys have helped me more than you know, and it truly tears me up to pull a product after I already started selling it. I guess Ive learned a lesson.

If you have any further questions, comments, concerns please feel free to contact me via PM, or directly.

ALL of the decals will have this, even the people who have already ordered.
YOU NEED TO SPECIFY IF YOU HAVE AN '03 OR '03.5 NOW.

Ok folks here's the deal. I'm now selling these Mazdaspeed Protege Production Number Placards.
msppnd01.jpg

They'll be $20 per pair including shipping.
Click here to order: URL REMOVED

They are a High Performance Metallic Vinyl that has been thermal printed and U/V Domed for protection and stiffness.

Here's where I put one of mine, I may move it, but you can put them anywhere you like.

They can be placed inside or outside of the car, and even in the engine bay, But please do not place these directly on engine parts that get hot, they are made of plastic and resin, so they will melt.

Turn around time is around 2-3 weeks.

AND PLEASE REMEMBER TO SPECIFY IF YOU HAVE AN '03 OR '03.5 AND YOUR PRODUCTION NUMBER IN THE MESSAGE TO SELLER SECTION OF THE ORDER FORM
'03 Owners can get their PN here: http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/pdf/faq/2003_MAZDASPEED_Protege.pdf
'03.5 Owners can get their PN here: http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/pdf/faq/2003.5_MAZDASPEED_Protege.pdf

Thanks All!

looks pretty nice.

any chance of a metal piece being produced as well?

Not likely from me. I'm still researching it a little, but the time/cost/tooling/effort to produce metal ones isnt worth it.

I am sure you already thought about it but you should do it for the MP3 and the MSMiatia & 6 as well

hard to believe that they are $20 for a pair, i paid $10 for my MSmazdaspeed badge from Dr. Sound and that thing is huge... but hey, i'll end up getting these anyway because there just to cool to pass up...

NICE WORK (thumbs up)

tekkie, MP3 ones are in the work next.

TheJohnny, As for the price, you're right it is kind of high, but I challenge you to look around and find something cheaper that is of the quality I sell. Please keep in mind I dome every single one by hand. The price is set to make it worth my time. Badges are typically made by the thousand.

I just placed my order. I do wish they said so many out of so many...(sad1)

But whatever...they look cool.

i wish i had a limited production car..... (sad1)

Other than being unique, it's really a curse. Aftermarket generally sucks for limited run cars, and they tend to have more problems.

is there any chance whatsoever of making it say #### of ####? Maybe make it a big bigger...... that would really top it all off having it show the limited number.

Nope, sorry. There is no difinitive number. The mazda PDF lists 1750 for the '03s and 2750 for the '03.5s, but i'm pretty sure that's not correct.

I asked Mazda when I called about my production number something like **** out of 2750 they said. If someone can verify this with MAZDA NA then what would you think about it? I know I'm not the only one that would like to see it.

What do you mean not correct. Of course it is. There are 2750 of the 3.5. 1750 of the 03's.

Also why would it be a big deal to put say for mine #988 of 2750?

whine and ye shall recieve. I'll have the images updated shortly.
