Spark Problem

I just changed the head gasket on my MSP. Hooked everything back up and now when I go to start the engine I only get two sparks from the plugs and then they stop sparking altogether. Every time I try to start it the plugs only spark twice and then quit sparking. It sound like it will start just fine if they would keep sparking. Fuel pressure is fine and compression is good. Also there's a 2 prong plug on the wiring harness that comes right after you plug in all the injectors. I've searched and can't find where it plugs in, any help would be appreciated.

Any ideas on this? I'm thinking maybe the crankshaft or camshaft sensor but I have no idea.

I found out that the plug I'm missing is for the knock sensor. Can't find the wire for it anywhere but I think that might be my issue.
