I did pretty well in the snow with my new Yoko's. Better than I expected. As for being lowered, yeah I did a little plowing myself. I heard the lower tie bar hitting a few ice chunks on the road.

It is a little bit noticeable. The car leans a little less. front end feels tighter. If you buy it from EDO Performance, I think it was like $77. Which isn't bad. Also the installation takes about 20 minutes.
If you are into handling, yes it is worth it. If you are into going straight, wouldn't make a difference.

hence the reason i removed my front lip. i mean, having a plow on the front end of my car wouldnt be that bad since i dont have snow tires. i just dont want to plow the snow with my lip.
roflmao this morning the teacher lot was like half plowed. I came in late and no spots for me except ones that were half filled w/3 feet of snow or more. So lunch time we're all going out and there's someone in a Cavalier who basically ran their car straight into the snow drift as far as it would go. Ass was sticking out so bad that you had to really concentrate not to hit the car. As we went by, looked at the front end, and we basically saw the edge of the front wheel peeking out of the snow. I immediately imagined my car like that and shuddered.
