This is probably random, but did you have something sitting in the passenger seat when it came on? I have noticed that for example if I buy a case of beer and put it in the front passenger seat, those two lights will come one. The first time or two I was WTF are those lights on for, I have my seatbelt on. Finally figured out that it knew something was in the passenger seat and wanted me to strap the beer down...
