why use sucha small turbo?

Thats actually a pretty gargantuan turbo there, I expect full boost by 5000 rpm, but when you have 9 grand to play with you can do that

Maybe you can actually get the dyno torque graph for the S2k to raise above 0 ft/lbs!

Tell me about it this thing has no TORQUE! But it feels like a 4 wheeled crotch rocket, so its cool. Hopefully the damn turbo can give that torque curve a swift kick in the arse.

Yeah you guys will be the first to see everything along the way before the s2k guys. I will post pics in stages. It should be a mean lttle car at 7 psi of boost

I am with Diane. You should have gotten a Miata. I have autocrossed both and the Miata is more fun and much closer time wise than you would expect given the 100HP difference.

You got a 10AE Miata. I still have mine and I think they are the best version of the Miata Mazda has produced for the US. I have driven the newer Miata and they have yet to better it.

Dolphin, I am an avid miata fan. I have owned 4 miatas....3 being turbo. I also owned the 10th anniversery as well #5880. Just trying something new that I can develop a kit for. The miata already has an extensive F/I aftermarket.

True also bout the autcross, but on a track with equal divers the s2k will give an ass whoopin to the miata...and thats not biased

My 10 AE is #511. I bought it new and love it. I almost bought another one but with the FM turbo kit. I was think of running SM2.

On a race track, that is true about the S2K. Even an in autocross the S2K is faster but not $8-10K worth. In any event, I wish you good luck with your business.
