Protege5 rear camber adjustment

I just got an alignment after replacing a strut, and found out that there is no factory procedure for adjusting rear camber. It seems that my option would be camber bolts.

I noticed, though, that the top of the strut rod has one flat side, and the metal doohickey (this is the technical term. I checked.) that goes directly under the top nut has one flat side that lines up with this flat side. Is this involved in some sort of makeshift camber adjustment?
