Protege cranks but not starts

hi

i am from finland , i have protege 2001 automatic 1.6

in winter in stopped working, i stopped using it and now in may i took it to the mechanic he changed the faulty electric fuel pump to new one after that

engine cranks, gets spark, fuel pump working and fuel coming.

tried to check if there are any codes in PCM but No fault codes stored.

when we try to start it after 2-3 seconds all the door are locked automatically

Is it the immobilizer???

if yes then how to deactivate it

If not, then what to do Please help

Maybe a crankshaft position sensor not operating?
