Stock headlights, back in the oven at 180 or 200 for 10 minutes, pull apart, remove reflector, reheat, squeeze together.

i like. do you have any pics a little closer up so I can see just what they look like after the mod?

Thanks for the compliments. I haven't been tracking this thread since I got my Speed6 because I have been having too much fun with it! I am in the process of painting the black strip above the front grille, first time it got messed up due to old paint, now I am waiting on a warmer day to redo it.

As for the headlights, they are not the modified stockers. I got them off eBay, haven't seen this style for about two months now. You can get ones that give you the look Kansei is talking about but they run anywhere from $140-180. Cheaper to get the kit that a guy gives away on here complete with instructions. Can't recall his name offhand (he changed it), think it's Titaniumkid or some such. Lemme do a quick search.

Unfortunately he is no longer selling these. I do have one that I didn't use complete with instructions that I got when he was selling them for more (before the admins got on him). If interested PM me, I can send just a copy of the instructions if that's all you want. Might take a week or so with the holidays upon us.
