Can some1 photochop a Cosmic Blue and color the stock rims yellow(duplicolor metalcast yellow to be exact)

your help would be appreciated

CB is closer to slate than to blue. The contrast you're looking for is better achieved with a bronze, dark muddy yellow, or a gold colour.
