Pedal Cover Replacement Suggestions

Hi All,
I'm looking for suggestions for replacement pedal covers for my manual Mz5. If I'm wearing running shoes or other grippy shoes I don't have any problems with keeping my feet on the pedals but when I'm wearing, say, dress shoes (no traction to speak of) and it's even slighty wet out I find it hard to keep my feet on the pedals.
Quick translation: I'm looking for some pedal covers with more aggressive grip than the stock pedal offers.

You have to take off the rubber and either drill and bolt on the pedals or use the clips

this is what I have right now but I have something else saved up when the weather permits
