P5 vs ES?

Guys,

I was wondering if the suspension in our P5's are identical to the one in the ES since ours is classified as an ES. Is it the exact identical car underneath or do we have better handling?

i think the pro5 has better handling....it's got the strut tower bar, i think better tires too and additional stabilizer bar because it's a hatchback.

This topic has been previously covered. The P5 and ES have essentially the same suspension setup. The only difference is the front strut tower bar in the P5. The struts, sway bars, end links, rims, and tires are all the same. The stock tire on the P5 and ES is a Dunlop SP5000 in 195/50/16.

I owned both simultaneously and the ES handled better. You could feel that the suspension had faster rebound. Must be the weight factor. The ES is a bit quicker too, but the P5 has got the looks.

The biggest advantage is that the ES is a sedan and has more reinforcement in the back. The rear deck is reinforced and acts as a rear strut tower bar, which makes for the faster rebound you mentioned.

My wife loves the car, I love the 0 APR.

:D

I need to refinance my SPEED and lower that 5.85 APR.

Ok......What does that have to do with anything?
