Nissan turbo garret or eBay?

Couple red flags and green flags on this and figured I would ask the experts

Major red flag- no garret markings at all. in the plate it just has Nissan, gt28, serial number. Most Nissan and garret turbos have garret on them from what I've seen. But the name plate looks pretty old

Seems to be ball bearing, if I spinn the fan blades it continues to spin for 1-2 seconds where my journal bearing turbos stop almost immediately. This is what makes me question it not being eBay as all the eBay ones are journal bearing

Cold side looks like its been heat coated, hot side does not

.86 ar hot side no markings on the cold side that I can see

It is water cooled

5 bolt down pipe

Even if it is eBay its been rebuilt or at least balanced with the cold side being heat coated. For what I paid for it I got a very good deal on it. Figured I'd ask the experts opinions and learn something

Not going on a protege.

After spending too much time on nissan forums its aparently from a pulsar gtir. It does have garret on it, and seems like its been rebuilt. I'm hoping it will be laggy to help with traction and drive train shock

Even if it needs seals or something its a damn good deal for $125

Whatusername I do have a saab td04-15t I'd sell pretty cheap for your door stop needs. Also have a bad vj11 that would suit that purpose pretty well

Lol Thanks but i Found my Old T3 with massive amounts of bearing play and ground fins in the garage today.. should work great for a door stop or paper weight
