New (used) purchase - service due at 45K?

Hey all, looks like I'm finally going to pull the trigger on a new-to-me 5. The vehicle is a 2008 Touring, 46K on the clock. The service history shows that it has never been back to the dealership, which is a good thing as far as break/fix stuff is concerned, but maybe not such a good thing when you look at the recommended maintenance.

So I'm going to assume that it has had nothing other than oil changes. What other items would need to be done? I'm already planning a trans flush/refill with Mobil 1 synthetic. I want to use the cost of any due maintenance in my negotiations, so if you can ballpark a cost that would be great!

Many thanks!

Take it to the dealer and ask if there are revised bushings for the sway bars that have not been updated.

My dealer charges 200 bucks to do the 24/48/72 KM service. Besides inspections, brake calipers are lubed and tires are rotated. No tranny service is specified by Mazda.
