You can buy socket style hex head/allen and long wrenches at Sears or most autoparts stores, not too expensive.
Let me get this straight. You used an allen key to hold the "bolt" from spinning and a 14mm wrench on the nut. While spinning the wrench/nut counter clockwise and holding the allen key the "bolt" still spins (as in the allen key is undersized or the hole is stripped out)?
If this is so you are pretty much at the cutting/grinding stage.

yeah the endlinks can be rusted beyond repair.. I'm surprised a FL car is having this problem.. well I guess it's nice and humid there too.. but yeah I had to replaced all of mine when I got new struts, only 1 of the 8 nuts came free with air tools, penetrating lube, propane torch, etc.

I deff have enough pics to show everyone....the nut I f***ed up i ended up not taking off, but on the other side the air gun stripped a nut but also knocked it loose so the lez went and hit it with a wrench for 30 mins and got it off at 1/4 turn a min lol. Project is done though, im going to post a how to right now...if this site is even working right now? I didnt know it was up?

Thanks man, there in...and I couldnt have ask for a more even drop, there bad ass man!

glad you got your car done finally.
Just a heads up, the car is safe to drive with out the rear sway bar. Plus the rear sway bar does not affect alignment.

thanks...is it any problem that my rear sway bar is like half an inch or less from hitting my lower control arm (or whatever its called)? Is it ok to drive for a bit without an allignemnt? Because I drove up to return the spring compressors and went to the tire shop but they had a 3 hour wait so I made an appointment and drove back home. It feels great so far...annoying clunk in the trunk though, im guessing thats normal though.

looks good john!!!! waiting for those pics of daytime and all cleaned up and aligned. looks like a whole new car. oh and i love the shot from the rear showing your muffler

I've been running goldline springs for close to 70k miles with stock struts. Only now at 120kmiles my struts are starting to give other then that, these springs are sweet. I mostly drive on the highways averaging 500 to 1500k a month of highway driving.
