New options coming for P.E.P. Downpipes

Water neck spacer like the one I made? I was going to make a few more but guess I don't anymore ;P haha, but mine is machined out of AL so it weighs nothing and holds up fine. But I'm in for the hardware kit maybe depending on the quality. :)

Yep - it'll be very similar. If you want to make them I don't mind selling them. I need to offer them because people will want / need them with a downpipe purchase, but If you can make them and sell them to me cheaper than I can get them elsewhere you are more than welcome to be part of the process. pm sent.

Will the spacer be coming with longer bolts?

Yep.

The reducer is something I may just fab up on an as needed basis, but I have contacted Grimspeed to see if they offer any wholesale discounts. Either way the pricing should be held to around $40.

So does the Grimmspeed adapter fit our flange as well? It looked identical but I wasn't sure if it would be a direct fit or not.

pm on its way with a question.

Would it be possible to weld on a support bracket to remove some of the load from the exhaust manifold? It wouldn't be able to handle the stress that the S pipe's cast mount can, but it might help save a few manifolds from cracking.

All options have been added to the site. I don't have the parts in stock yet, but everything is ordered and should be on the shelf this week. I went ahead and put things on the site so people could pre-order and get their parts ASAP. I also dropped the price of the downpipes by $10 as a discount of sorts for people buying a pipe with accessories. I realize that not everyone will buy the options, but paypal doesn't offer any easy solutions for adding discounts on multiple purchases. I'm working on the site to offer a proper discount code, but until thats up and running the price on a fully loaded pipe is $340. The first batch of spacers will be here this week and I only have five coming. First come, first served. I will have more coming next week though.

All I have are CAD renderings. Everything is on its way though - pics will be on the site this week. The website will not tell you if parts are sold out, but they will never be more than a week out. The company I have cutting them runs one day out on production and then shipping to me will take another day or two. Once I get my CNC plasma setup up and running things will be even faster.

The $35 on your site is spacer and bolts? And I just use 2 thermostat gaskets or what

The $35 is spacer, hardware, one rubber thermostat gasket, and one silicon coated paper gasket.

Got it. Thanks! I'll have the first group shipping on Friday or Saturday as long as there aren't any delays. I had set aside a thermostat housing gasket that I used as a template to draw up the spacer and this afternoon I found another different gasket. One of them is left over from my KL swap and the other is for the FS. I'm really hoping I used the right one. I'll know as soon as someone responds to my other thread (or this one) with water neck dimensions. If I did order the wrong part it will only set things back a day or two - it just costs me some money. I really need to get an FS powered MSP in my possession to avoid this kind of stuff. I sold the banana in the fall and just bought a spicy, but the spicy doesn't have an engine or trans in it... I love these cars, but they never seem to treat me right :)
