new mazda6 owner

Been around the forums for awhile building up my p5 and now Im the proud owner of a new to me 2004 mazda6 5door hatch, its the dark grey color with the sport package, the salesmen said all hatch's come with the sport package. It's sweet it has the 2.3 with auto sportshift.
What are things I need to look for or watch out for with this car, any common problems etc.

none common problems that i know off.. my parents have an 05 6 sedan.. also 2.3 auto tiptronic.. and that thing pulls fast, i mean it really pushes you into the seat the first 2 gears.. i love it.. especially when i downshift it to 2nd..

actually.. i did encounter one problem so far.. and it happened only once, after that the car was an angel.. coming to a parking lot i was about to go into a free spot when i noticed my steering wheel became hard to turn, i noticed my car stalled on me, and yes, its an automatic.. it started back up right away, and like i said, never had that problem again.

i heard about this on a few other 6's, but its a rare case.. just enjoy it

my car didnt come with fog lamps is there a kit to add them,or do I just need the switch. I thought the fogs are in the headlamp?,maybe Im wrong.

sorry the switch is there on the headlight stalk, I was looking on the dash.

I have a hatch too, looooove it! nothin' to complain about, yet I guess....oh the only grumble i had , which is not a big deal but I wish it had cup holders on the back passenger doors or some kind of slit holder for my pax in the back..
anyway other than that I loove it!!

Thanks, been about a month and I love the 6 when I can get the wife to let me drive LOL. Going turbo on the p5 since its outta warrenty and the 6 will be a great parts runner and back-up ride. Only complaint is the pass visor mirror door does'nt stay shut, should be covered by warrenty Ill see.

The cupholders for the back are located in the center armrest.
